2 Minute Workouts I know it can be difficult to fit in a workout. So many things to do and never enough time. How can you possibly squeeze in a workout? How can you get fit when there is so little time?

I know that this is a great way to get your workout in. I work lots of hours at many different locations during the day going from one meeting to another. There is little chance to workout and get sweaty between appointments with prospects and clients. So at the end of the day while my husband sits watching TV I get up at every commercial break and walk (or run) on my treadmill for 2-3 minutes. I am amazed at the end of the night how much better I feel and how my minutes have added up. I think the DVD’s are a great idea too.
